Venue: Great Hall, Oundle
(Recommended for Year 2)
As this is WORLD BOOK DAY you are welcome to come dressed as your favourite animal, can’t wait to see all your costumes. Julie will be giving a talk called Carrots, Cake and Corn. Using a PowerPoint presentation, and with some audience participation, she will talk about how she came to writing books, with tips for writing great stories, and how an idea ends up as a book. She will end with a question and answer session (with postcards as an incentive!) The presentation will focus on her current series of books Unicorn Academy with a nod to other books.
Julie also writes as Skye Waters and Summer Waters.
